Getting myself a Dürum Kylling time from time when I'm in Ballerup, and it must genuinely be one of the best street foods in all of Denmark considering its price. It's delicious, slightly spicy, clean meat, saucy, and goes wonderfully well with ayran. Recommend!

19/11/2024: Cozy restaurant with a beautiful view over a marsh with swans. Won't review the food as I haven't eaten there yet. But what I've seen looks inviting. Friendly and accommodating service. Only been there to see if I wanted to have a party there. There is live music some days. Will definitely come again one day.
18/11/2024: Henriette was incredibly sweet and helpful when I bought a gift card for the restaurant for my mother as a birthday present. She went 'above and beyond' and I am very grateful to her. I am looking forward to coming to Denmark again. Then I will enjoy a wonderful meal there with the family ❤️ super service

Bjarne's Pølser

16/11/2024: I have been visiting Bjarne's sausages for several decades, and it has always been possible to get a town hall steak with Laban sauce and brown sauce. And it reflects my stars. But on the last visit, the service consisted of 3 young men, who stated that it was not possible to get brown sauce as it was not finished yet. So I naturally asked if it was ready soon, since I had driven 40 km for it, I didn't mind waiting 5-10 minutes more. They stated that the sauce had been on the stove for approx. 4 hours, but that it was still lumpy so they didn't know when it could be served? 🤷 Also, they didn't have soft onions either. We tried the somewhat sparse town hall steak anyway. The experience was unfortunately disappointing. Hope that the young people will be better trained before they get to stand on their own two feet.
