Systematized durum (kebab) review. 21 points in total. Durum with lamb cost 80 kr + 5 kr hummus. The bread (0-3 points): 2 points (standard bread, would have given more points if it was homemade or had a few burn marks). The salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce and onion), 0-2 points: 2 points (nice amount, nicely chopped and good ratio compared to the meat), see the pictures. Some free extras (e.g. red cabbage, hummus, taboulah), 0-1 points: 1 point (red cabbage was included) The meat (0-5 points): 4.5 points (the meat is very nicely seasoned, has a really nice consistency and you should be very proud that the lamb doesn't taste "woolly". On the other hand, I think it's a shame that you re-fry the meat with oil, because then it loses flavor, and it also tastes a little too burnt. If it came straight from the roll, it would have gotten 5 points). The chili (0-2 points): 1.5 points (good strength but lacks more flavor. There was a little too much oil in my durum - it dripped out of it). The dressing (0-2 points): 2 points (good standard creme fraiche) The quantity / how full you were (0-2 points): 2 points (large and good amount of meat, see the pictures).
