Beautiful place with a gorgeous garden. We had a great time and really enjoyed the pea soup and the Koldskål ice cream. And the service was friendly and welcoming.

Kilden Haven is a small garden paradise amidst the hustle and bustle of Tivoli Gardens, a place that immediately exudes tranquility and invites you to linger. The interior is also very tastefully decorated. It's precisely this atmosphere that draws me there for lunch. The service is friendly, but somewhat outdated. The constant "Ma'am" and "Madame" before every sentence seems forced and polite, but ultimately rather irritating. The drinks menu, on the other hand, is impressive: a nice selection of non-alcoholic options and a truly good beer. It's just a shame that the glass served with it wasn't clean. The lunch menu sounds promising, and I'm happy to be surprised by the kitchen. The dishes are presented subtly and attractively, but the flavors lack a clear direction. The menu lacks flow; the components don't mesh together. The chicken salad and the creamy mushroom salad are too similar and come across as duplicated ideas rather than a harmonious composition. Overall, the menu is rather bland. Visually appealing, but not a true culinary experience. The entire menu is rather large for one person; I couldn't finish the mushroom salad. Takeaway isn't possible, which means unnecessary food waste. The dessert, however, is a winner: The "Koldskål" ice cream with slightly stale Danish strawberries is well-balanced and ultimately the clear highlight of the menu. In conclusion: A beautiful place with plenty of charm, but the food doesn't live up to the atmosphere. The presentation is lovely, but the flavors lack balance and a clear theme. Individual elements might work, but as a whole, the menu doesn't create a harmonious experience. Ideal for a break in nature, but not so much for a satisfying lunch.

Excellent experience. We celebrated our intimate wedding reception at Kilden’s greenhouse and it was a complete success. The whole planning and coordination was a walk in the park thanks to Lauren’s expertise, patience, flexibility, and kindness. Our guests were in awe of the venue and spent the rest of the weekend complimenting the food. The service was remarkable. Thank you very much for making our day extra special and unforgettable.

It has everything: gardens, fountains, sun loungers, gazebos, a mini zoo, attractions, performances, light illuminations, shops, food, interesting for any age.

Kilden i Haven is one of the more overlooked restaurants in Tivoli, but definitely one of the cozier places in Tivoli. We were a larger group who had their Easter table. The food was really good, and the focus on good Danish ingredients is a big plus. As the waiter described it - "This is yummy" The only thing that's a bit of a letdown is that the service was a bit lacking. It took an incredibly long time for us adults to get our food until the child we were with got his food. We had pre-ordered the menu we were going to have, and there weren't very many people in the restaurant, so it should have been possible to get the food for everyone at the table at the same time. But it was a small thing, and nothing that would keep me from coming back. Because the food, the atmosphere and the place are really cozy. I just hope the service is better next time.
