The food tasted good, but the seasoning was too strong and very salty... I couldn't finish it 😅

Typical "Chinese" barbecue food. Not something I would travel far for unfortunately. My Thai dam yam soup actually had an okay authentic taste, carrots and peas are not very exotic and do not belong in that soup. (It was probably just called "sour Thai soup" the one served here is with coconut milk not to be confused with the daem kha soup; here the restaurant has called it "Thai soup with coconut milk" I have a very strong theory that large amounts of MSG are used in the food as I felt very uncomfortable after my starter with sweating and lack of appetite afterwards. I had a hard time eating the deep fried duck with cashew nuts as that MSG grew in my stomach, unfortunately the dish seemed to lack flavour (without more MSG) and was not presented so nicely. Their dishes are extremely large and I observed that people left an extremely large amount of food (there the restaurant could save money) their menu is unmanageably large for the chefs to execute the dishes with expertise. As a half Asian I may have too high standards for Asian food but maybe I didn't order the right dish? We did have to wait 45 minutes to get our food (it was also a good Friday) But people are happy with the place you also get great value for money. There are 3 slot machines inside the restaurant. Lovely good Asian food, at reasonable prices

Big portion, good quality food, very cheap. Although the 2 nice elderly new owner is slow and takes a long time to order food. So remember to order well in advance, especially if I know I have to have some food for guests tonight, so I write them a message instead of calling at dinner.
