Kinesisk Restaurant Birkerød Kro Rudersdal

Great experience every time! The sushi is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The staff is always friendly and smiling, and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend this restaurant – definitely the best sushi in town!

The food is good and fast, probably because we were the only ones though. The sushi is good and so are their appetizers. It's mostly frozen. That's why I think the service is bad. There's a male waiter who just sat in random places and stared at us while we ate as the only ones in the restaurant. He sat close to us. It made us a little uncomfortable. He can't understand you and we can't understand him. It was also a little annoying when we had selected all our things on our iPad to show us that we had to choose a drink (necessary to pay for in Ad Libitum) he went out of our whole menu card thing so all our things were deleted. The women are nice. Very clean place. If you see this, not too much critics on the man but pls don't look at us 🤣

We love coming to the inn. The food is super good and we have never experienced long waiting times. However, I think it is completely ridiculous that you have to pay for more water. We pay 35kr for a small jug of water, which is never enough for the two of us. And when we order more water, we have to pay full price again. I think it is fair that water costs money, it does in Denmark, but I have never experienced that there was no free refill. I really think that they should consider whether it would not be good service to their customers. It gives me a significantly worse impression of the place, which I really like. I think we are far from the only ones who experience it as bad service.
