Bought the Beef Rendang. It is the most expensive dish on the menu. Although there is no mention of potatoes in the description, (over) half the dish consisted of boiled potatoes, and there was actually not so much beef in it. Since Potatoes are about as expensive as rice, I feel I got played. That said, the taste was good.

Great food, tasty and well cooked. Staff are friendly and helpful. I haven’t even left the restaurant and I’m writing this, great place.

Bali food, good taste, but more of a western take on Indonesian food

Was a bit worried after reading the reviews calling the food excessively spicy, but that wasn’t the case at all. Quite the opposite actually! Their satay sauce was out of this world good. And the oxtails so tender and delicious. The space can get a bit crammed and noisy when busy, so would recommend coming just as they open.

We had a wonderful evening at Kini Kini. The food was very good, the staff very friendly, and the location beautifully decorated. The cuisine is exceptionally good. I highly recommend the restaurant!

Fantastic food✌️👌. I had no. 24 which was very well prepared and tasty. Not too strong, with good flavor. The service was nice and comfortable. The atmosphere was good until some Swedes showed up. Unbelievable how ill-mannered young people can be these days, they are extremely noisy (it's not the restaurant's fault) but I was surprised that the acoustics were not better.

I went in with a few friend's to celebrate my birthday, and we had zero expectations, since it was very last minute. But we were all pleasantly surprised! We booked a table for 12.00 people and they decorated, the whole table to fit the birthday theme. Despite the more laid back and chill aesthetic of the restaurant, the service was top tier. The food and drinks came quick! They even put lights on a cake and helped sing a birthday song. I even got a birthday drink on the house :) The staff was amazing, very attentive, super nice, lot of personality, great people who I had many small conversations with here and there, and regret not leaving a bigger tip. The stand out waiter was Jason, he was truly great, and the food was beyond great as well. I truly felt celebrated, and the restaurant really made my day much more special! I will definitely visit again, thank you Kini Kini :) Date of visit: 12/10/2024

First time here and first time trying Indonesian food. Would really recommend to start your journey here towards being a foodie. Atmosphere was incredible, such great vibes all around. Staff super nice and helpful. Fx I noticed that the other type of menu had mango salad and they were kind to allow me to order it. Don't sleep on the mango salad! Superb 💗 my favorite of the night was tuna tatar which is a starter yet portions are so big you will find yourself sharing it with your loved ones. Tastes are so fresh and energy giving. Grilled oxtail was also impeccable, on the sweet side but comes with a salty bone broth to balance everything out. Also huuuge portion. Took my man there for birthday dinner, on a whim and what a lucky choice it was. Oh and interior was super cute and even the bathroom had a very special spiritual vibe; what a nice surprise! :) This is the type of restaurant that will make you want to travel, which is such a must visit ☺️
