A great experience for the whole family! The candle-making is well-organized, the staff is very friendly, the prices are fair, and in the adjoining café, you can enjoy warm apple pie and other treats while you wait for your candles to dry.

It's fun to make a candle yourself and eat a delicious apple cake while it hardens!

Here you can easily and simply make your own candles. It's also suitable for younger children, as there are special step stools for them to dip the candles into. You can even take a peek inside the candle factory – it's somewhat hidden through a door in the courtyard near the carousel. The café and the candle and souvenir shop next door, with its wide selection, are also highly recommended.

You should bring plenty of time; it's entertaining for young and old, and in the end, the homemade candles are quite inexpensive and come in very beautiful colors.

we were here for dipping candles which I was told is a very typical thing to do in Denmark. It was a very nice experience and we made some very pretty candles. Staff was mostly available for questions, there is also a little kiosk window to buy drinks during your stay.
