09/11/2025: Cozy and can be recommended, the only downside is a lifeguard who makes it sound like it's because you're from Copenhagen that you say it's really slippery if you want to go from one pool to the deeper one, which he just said, he couldn't understand when he had done it lots of times, but I kept slipping there and he just forgets one thing and that is the customer is always right, so you shouldn't tell people off and don't argue back, but otherwise a great water park and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

12/10/2025: Nice rooms and a great water park. The breakfast buffet is good, but they have skimped on juice, they could just as well have poured water into the container, it is simply too thin. You have to keep an eye on the cutlery and plates at the breakfast buffet, it is not the cleanest there is. Food leftovers were on several knives and forks. Parking tickets are often issued, so there is no guarantee of a parking space even if it has been paid for. A lot of noise in the hallways from children running around. I have now been there twice. The first time in March 2023, where cleanliness and service were somewhat better. Otherwise a great water park, it just doesn't make up for the other things, so it was probably my last visit in the future.
