Good bakery where you can currently get a morning complete: 1 cup of fresh coffee, 1 roll spread with butter (and possibly cheese - extra side dish) and 1 basse in the morning / midday, often on offer. Really good cakes, such as strawberry cake, chocolate cake, etc.

08/06/2026: My girlfriend and I stayed at Orø kro from Sunday to Monday. They celebrated Orø day on Sunday, which was very lively on the island. The lunch buffet wasn't the best, but we were happy with the burger for dinner. We think the combination of accommodation, wilderness bath/sauna and breakfast was really good for the price of 420 kr. for 2 per person. In addition to the inn, there are many things to see on the island, from art, a lookout point, the island's history in an old silo and a cozy old church. We look forward to coming back when it's swimming weather and more restaurants open in the area. Thanks for this time and see you again 😁
25/05/2026: The food at the inn is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are quite nice. A place you would like to come back to.
