27/12/2024: It’s a decent hotel but I was disappointed by the service rendered when I needed to take my bag to run to the airport. I left a bag for pick up later of the day. I came at 8pm and there was a HUGE line for check in. I told the guy at the counter that my flight is leaving in an hour. He did not care and told me to line up. I had to run like mad and nearly missed my flight. Look, I respect order but in this kind of exceptional circumstances I was hoping for some form of assistance (eg, calling a colleague in the restaurant for help).

27/12/2024: Strawberry Large rooms Good beds Mini bar Safe Fantastic view Good breakfast Well-functioning air conditioning Here you can go dry-shod from the airport in 2 minutes. Bar/bistro Social should have been open from 12 o'clock and served lunch dishes. Can't find anything to eat after breakfast and until 3:00 p.m. No sign about opening hours, had to stand in a long queue to reception to ask about opening hours. There is no possibility for people in wheelchairs to enter the bistro. It would have been nice to be able to buy something to eat, what if the reception had a small shop with cold food and drink?
