Many people waited a little too long for the food

It is a hidden gem behind the Ballerup industrial district. You step into rural surroundings and a calm atmosphere. The cakes and ice cream are good. Haven't tasted their smørrebrød yet, but when I come again I'll have to try it. The staff is service minded😊

Pederstrup. Ballerup municipality. A true gem. Very cozy little town around the street sweetheart. Can be highly recommended.

A lovely and calm place for brunch/lunch. If you’re going on the weekend either go early (I went around 11am) or make sure to make a reservation. I chose the smørrebrød set menu that gives you two different types of smørrebrød toppings (chef’s choice) and a small dessert. The ones I got were the fish fillet with remoulade and the other with shrimp, mayo and egg - both were really tasty! The dessert was like a lemon mousse, quite nice as well.
