Five stars all around! This place is absolutely magical! The food was amazing but that's not what really stood out to me. It's how everything just comes together in this place. When I entered the little door and went down the stairs, I was greeted as if I was a king, returning to his castle full of loyal staff. Waiters are plentiful and incredibly polite. They spoke kind of like you would in the 1950s which fit the vibe of the place very well I think. It's hard to explain but in Danish there is a certain way of addressing someone respectfully, which has been lost in the sands of time. But not here! Waiters are very attentive and quick to pull out a chair for you. It was like being in a movie. The chefs came out with some of the dishes to be served at the tables and since we were a larger group the waiters made sure to be enough people serve all of us at the same time, rather than serving one or two guests at the time. The waiters were very good at explaining each dish, the food was fresh and the taste was out of this world. Also... Glasses were NEVER empty. Some people say the food is overpriced. And I get it. But you have to think of this experience as a whole. You're not just paying for the food. You're paying for premium service as well. I'm not a fancy eater, and this is probably the best and finest food I will ever have in my entire life. I am very grateful for the opportunity to dine and drink here, and I hope to be able to do so once more.

Fantastic experience. Friendly and professional staff. You could feel the waiter's passion for wine and all the staff were attentive and nice. The food sat right in the cupboard and was both creative, aesthetic and tasty. The wines were well matched and also exciting. An experience you should give yourself.

La calidad de la cocina y el servicio es sin duda digna de sus 2 estrellas Michelin. La preparación y presentación de los alimentos es meticulosa, aunque quizás esto significó que algunos de los platos de comida caliente perdieron su temperatura durante la transición de la cocina a la mesa. Esto resultó en un par de cursos que fueron tibias, particularmente el pithivier en el ciervo danés. Los vinos maridados eran buenos y Víctor el sumiller era excelente, aunque los vinos en general eran muy caros por lo que eran. ¿Nuestra única crítica es quizás que el restaurante se esfuerza demasiado? Siete bocadillos previos a la cena parecían excesivos e innecesarios y aunque una fabulosa muestra de habilidad, el bocadillo más memorable fue el huevo de codorniz escalfado con caviar, que de alguna manera parece equivocado. Fue una experiencia similar para los postres; dos pre-postres, luego una gran selección fuera del carro de postres, incluyendo piña flambeada y sorbete de coco, ambos excelentes, pero de nuevo, no estoy seguro de la cantidad de ofertas era totalmente necesario. (Llevamos una bolsa de perritos de petits fours a casa - la primera vez para nosotros en un buen restaurante - comedor) El resultado fue una noche de más de 5 horas de duración, que se sintió un poco demasiado lento, incluso en un establecimiento de 2 *. ¿Quizás menos sería más?

Amazing! Food and Ambience such quiet dining! We were blown away by the service and care of each dish! Dishes were amazing and creatively prepared! An outstanding culinary adventure!
