Kopan Street in Copenhagen is a gem! I tried their signature bulgogi hotteok with kimchi, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavours were perfectly balanced, and the hotteok was crispy on the outside and soft inside. The kimchi added a nice tangy kick. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere cozy. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Korean street food!

Tiny cute place to have a quick bite. We have tried the classic hotteok, a typical Korean dessert with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, brown sugar and cinnamon. They adapted the meal for European market and invented different types of other hotteoks. We also had the pizza hotteok with tomato sauce, sweet corn, onion, mozzarella and cheddar. The people working there, are so kind and nice. There are many pictures taken of various clients with different messages

s-tier rec!!!
their hotteok is sooo so good, i am so sad that i only got to eat there on my last day in cph :(
i had bul-kim (bulgogi & kimchi), this combo is a classic and works so good with the chewy hotteok dough.
they use really good kimchi so i went back immediately to get a kimchi with extra cheese one.
must visit.

Nice little spot for a snack. Be prepared to wait a little as they are a small team, but the hotteak was piping hot and really tasty. We got the kimchi and the corn one, nice mix between the mildly sweet pancake and the savoury filling.

Had the cheese hotteok, and the signature one. Both were quite good, and definitely served as a really nice snack, but would have felt like a meal if I ate both of them alone.
The cheese one almost tastes more of a cinnamon bun, due to the amount of cinnamon and brown sugar, which almost overwhelmes the cheese which more serves for a different texture. The Bul-Kim hotteok was quite nice, but the spicy cabbage wasn't that spicy and was mostly just in the top of the bun, so the last half was just meat that was a bit dry.
Overall I get the appeal, and I might crave the cheese hotteok in the future, but I don't see myself going here regularly.

European “hotteok” with tomato based kimchi (at least that’s how it tasted for me knowing the Korean kimchi flavors)
Do not expect a real 호떡 hotteok. It’s more like a pita bread. But the beef was not bad at all! Not a lot of depth in the beef flavor but it had enough taste to stand out as the main part of the “hotteok”.
If I can choose how much I would pay for this quality, I would pay 35kr.
