Driven by the founders' love for classic American dishes and a desire to support local farmers, the restaurant was founded to offer a unique twist on the beloved burger. Over the years, it has become a favorite among locals and tourists for its commitment to flavor and sustainability. The menu features the OxBurger (Figure 1), which uses hand-torn thigh meat and is topped with delicious roasted garlic mayonnaise, fresh lettuce, heirloom tomatoes and crispy bacon. The combination of rich flavors and juicy texture makes this burger a highlight for burger lovers. The interior is a bit cramped, with only two seats, but there are also small tables outside for seating.

There aren’t many seats, so we went to the nearby park to eat. The beef is incredibly juicy 🍔

Absolutely amazing food here, the pulled beef burger was the best burger we have ever had. Lovely staff and location. Can’t recommend it enough.
