I don't know if this little shop is still an insider tip. With this delicious bread (the best I've ever eaten in Denmark) and the equally good smoked fish, it's hard to imagine. The best discovery of this vacation! 6 out of 5 stars! I'm sure you'll find it in the little boutique and insider tip. With this beautiful view (the bed, it is not in Denmark) and the light can be seen in the forest, it is also visible in the forest. Have the best sleep on your vacation! 6 and 5 stars!

This bakery is somewhat inconspicuous outside of Nr.Nebel. The terrain looks a bit desolate in autumn. As soon as you enter the shop, the wonderful smell of real bakery craftsmanship is omnipresent. The baked goods are sold self-service. Typically Danish bread and rolls, as well as cakes and muffins can be purchased. The prices are not too high. The taste is first class and definitely recommended. Probably the best baker in the region. Jams, juices, beer and wine from exquisite production are also offered. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely stop by this bakery. One of my top recommendations.

In my opinion the best baker in Denmark 👍! Be sure to try it, they still bake according to real craftsmanship. It smells indescribably good when you enter the store. Self-service with a small selection of rolls, bread, muffins and cakes.

29/03/2024: Were very satisfied. Very tasty baked goods. The bread and rolls are also good. Friendly staff. A bakery like this in our home would be great.
10/01/2024: Our regular bakery/pastry shop on holiday. Super delicious baked goods, breads, rolls and sweet pastries. We always particularly look forward to the Viking Boller and the buttermilk croissants. Saleswomen are very friendly and provide good advice when you have questions, despite the masses of people in the high season.

12/03/2024: A Heavenly Experience at the Bjælkestuen in Nørre Nebel I had the unforgettable pleasure of visiting Bjælkestuen in Nørre Nebel, and it was an evening full of culinary adventures and surprises. The atmosphere was rustic and cozy, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The most remarkable moment came when I was presented with their signature dish: half an eagle in a nest. I was surprised at first by the bold choice of ingredients, but it turned out to be an absolutely sensational experience. The dish was beautifully presented and the taste was nothing short of sublime. The juiciness and spicy flavor of the meat perfectly complemented the crisp and rich texture of what represented a nest made of delicate ingredients. Each bite was an explosion of flavor that took me on a journey through taste bud heaven. Along with the half eagle, a number of delicious side dishes were served that complimented the main course in an astonishing way. All in all, my dinner experience at Bjælkestuen was a real culinary delight. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
