Absolutely amazing food and attentive service, embedded in a very nice location. To me the glass wall to the kitchen is a more than welcome bonus allowing to have a look at the chefs while they are performing their magic (or top notch craft work if you prefer this terminology). On a personal note: Thank you for giving me the welcome insights on how kale can be cooked! Usually I keep my distance to that vegetable but you convinced me that it deserves another try.

Fantastically delicious 7-course menu according to the chef's choice. The wines we got were also exciting and a bit challenging.

The food was tasty and really good. The service was excellent and professional and the atmosphere was perfect. Very nice place. Will definitely come back and I do definitely recommend 😊

We found La Locanda by accident as we love small backyards. Are welcomed by smiling staff who can just find a table for 2. A short and precise review of the menu card, after which we order 3 or 5 courses with a wine menu. Really surprising compositions of raw materials which, together with the wine, provide a really good experience. Great review of each dish and a good performance of the wines. Time flew in the company of food and wine and we left with a richer experience

This place is magical, amazing and knowledgeable waiter. We will remember this evening for a long time. Lovely food 5 courses with accompanying wine. If you want to have a quality evening, eat 5 or 7 courses here 😁😁. We look forward to the next time we are in Ålborg.
