La Sirena Gentofte

I have passed La Sirena countless times, but until yesterday I had never eaten there before. It is definitely a place I will return to: The service was polite, friendly and good, the food was delicious, and the decor was really cozy: really pleasant background music (soft jazz of a kind), which allowed for conversation. Unfortunately, you could not tip unless you had cash - the Dankort machine did not come up with an option to add something.

Had the best pizza I've had in a long time... But it was too busy and we waited a little too long for the food. But luckily it was a nice place.

Really cozy, super friendly and attentive waiters. Good prices and a nice house wine.

Their brunch is one of the few still served on a large plate/small platter with several different delicious dishes. There are scrambled eggs with bacon, cocktail sausage, ham, salami, smoked salmon, a small bowl of yogurt with muesli, pancake with syrup, a small bowl of fruit and bread with butter. Super delicious served by always service-minded and accommodating employees

We use it for takeaway, which works fine.
