I have to say I don't understand the other reviews at all. The staff was smiling and welcoming and only came down to us after 5 minutes and asked if we were ready to order. We got the pizzas only 10 minutes later (and we saw the other tables doing the same). The pizzas were amazing! You got the feeling of sitting down in Italy, so 165 kroner for us was super nice, especially because the restaurant is also inside Tivoli. The atmosphere was great (especially when it's dark outside). I asked for some oil and I was actually given options. Then we had to pay and the waiter was so professional and stood nicely away until we had paid. We will come again! Really good experience.

Super friendly and fast service, and the best pizza in the world! Yummy! Definitely recommended! 10/10!

We enjoyed lunch here. Good choice, great food and the waitress was friendly. When we queried the filling of my wife's calzone being cool, the waiter said it was meant to be. In the UK it would be hot. His manners was somewhat dismissive. Without that, service would have been 5 stars.

It’s a fast food Italian restaurant. Good place to sit and watch people. Food is average like you will get in a touristy Italian restaurant

The best pizza was the Margarita.

God italiensk oplevelse. Autentisk pizzaria med gode pizzaer og drikkevarer. Betjeningen var rigtig god, men priserne for især drikkevarer (vin/spiritus) er særdeles høje i forhold til andre restauranter. Priserne på pizzaerne er også lidt høje - til gengæld er de gode.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia... Restaurante pica realmente Italiano ... ¡Bienvenidos de parte de Biagio! Lo más destacado fueron las picas, realizadas por Alessio y Giuseppe. . . . Hicieron un espectáculo haciendo pica para los niños. . . Podemos ver que les encanta la cocaína. . . . . . . . Estoy deseando volver. Realmente recomendado. . . . . Sebastián y la familia . . . . . .

We went in because it was in the Tivoli garden.. the employees are not very friendly unfortunately… We had margaritas and vegetarian.. the vegetarian was good..

The Margherita pizza was excellent. However, the indoor atmosphere was hot, and the service was unhelpful and not friendly.
