4.5/5 Stars: A Must-Visit Bakery in Copenhagen - Lagkagehuset! I stumbled upon Lagkagehuset in Copenhagen, and I'm so glad I did! Their kanelsnegl (cinnamon roll) is hands-down one of the best I've ever had. Paired with their rich and creamy hot chocolate, it was a match made in heaven! However, I was slightly disappointed with the other bread I tried, which wasn't as warm as I had hoped. Perhaps it was the chilly weather or the bread itself, but it didn't quite live up to the exceptional kanelsnegl. On the bright side, the service was top-notch! Friendly and attentive staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance was also lovely, making it a great spot to relax and indulge in some delicious baked goods. Very cool place to grab some Danish breakfast with tasty coffee.

The people and food here are wonderful, and priced right in the middle of Danish pastry/coffee shops. However, PLEASE PLEASE put some pads on the bottom of your chairs!! It is insanely loud when people get up or sit down and push/pull their seats around. You have such a nice shop, but this small change would make a massive difference for your atmosphere.

Rather high-quality bakery chain with reasonable prices. To sit down and enjoy a little snack, it’s perfect.

I loved the hot chocolate here! The baristas were so kind and accommodating for my first time there and offered to make me a 50/50 split between milk chocolate and dark chocolate with whipped cream on top. I highly recommend going here! It was one of the best hot chocolates I've ever had.

One of the pastries I had was something with cardamom. It was really good. I didn’t love the one with chocolate. The chocolate is too sweet for my taste. I stopped by in the morning. The line was very long and there was only one person taking order and filling it.

Great cakes, great bread and good coffee

I love this bakery. Great baked goods and I especially love their iced coffee!! But even better the staff is so sweet and lovely! You really couldn’t start your day better
