Staff was incredibly kind and patient. Every item we bought was fresh and delicious. The seating area upstairs is cozy and comfortable. This was my favorite tasting coffee of my time in the city (black coffee, without sugar/dairy). I highly recommend this location 👍👍

I was tired after seeing the Little Mermaid statue, so I took a break, but the atmosphere was friendly and nice! Similar to other Copenhagen cafes, a cup of coffee costs about 10,000 won.. haha.

The Chokolade Bolle was very tender, fluffy and yummy. Regarding to the Chai Latte, also good, but for me, a little bit sweet.

01/04/2024: It is the 2nd time I visit Axel Hotel. We were upgraded from Double Room to Superior Double Room - a pleasant surprise. My 6 year old daughter stated "this is just life!" And I agree with her. The staff were friendly and helpful beyond the usual, both to me and to my daughter and dog. It was easy and nice to be their guest again! Incredibly delicious food, and a good selection - and absolutely fair prices. You get a lot for your money here.
31/03/2024: Lovely hotel in a great location. The space outside must be lovely in the summer. The wifi was poor and i wasnt really able to use it from my room. The room was beautiful though and the public areas were amazing too.

02/04/2024: Good pastries, excellent coffee. The Argentine barista is really great, always smiling and making you feel welcome. She makes this place 10x better!
10/12/2023: Kardamom-pastries are the best!!!
