Even though I've given 4,33 stars overall I choose a combined score of 3 stars. Only due to the categories given. The food was just fine. I got the Club Sandwich, which is crazy good in Denmark, and it was, of course, good. The problem is really with the staff. They weren't rude. The one who took our order was nice but no one is cleaning. My friend and I wanted a seat in the corner. Therefore we had to move the prior customers empty cup and plate and we took a napkin and removed crumbs etc. from the table... That's potentially fine because maybe they left 1 minute ago. Turned out that the things we moved didn't get removed for the 30 minutes we were there and the floor was so dirty. I feel like the cleaning/hygiene wasn't taken much care of. I understand that's it's separated from the actual food but... I can recommend the chain but this place specifically was very subpar. There was even plenty of employees there.

Bakery with lots of good coffee bread and other goodies, friendly staff.

We sat down to rest and eat something. The one dessert that was like an almond croissant was very tasty. The other, the round one with medium chocolate. The coffee is good. It was quite crowded and it was not easy to find a seat.
