Lagkagehuset Gladsaxe

They HAVE a vegetarian sandwich with an excellent hummus. The staff just didn't know, and the sign wasn't out front with the other sandwiches. They have ok buns and high Copenhagen prices. They don't have organic bread or bread without straw shorteners(?). Their selection is small and bears the stamp of mass production. The taste is a bit boring, as we experienced it. There are no comfortable couches or wingback chairs or private corners. There is a better baker in Bagsværd, but there is only room for three on high bar stools there. The service was very friendly.
