Lagkagehuset Holbæk

Got 2 large rolls with cheese and 2 cups of Americano coffee. Was ok. Not many guests. So quiet and peaceful. The toilet really needed an overhaul. Almost no more toilet paper. No hand towels. Paper was floating all over the floor.

The coffee, sandwiches, and pastries are delicious and attractively presented. Only the indoor seating area has the charm of a train station waiting room. There's room for improvement. So it's best to order something to go. Even indoors, only disposable tableware is available. That's a shame. Good, but there's room for improvement.

Great place to take a break, even with a stroller and baby!

I recently bought fastelavns buns. I am not impressed. When compared to similar products from other bakers who use freshly baked “buns”, Lækage huset is left with a ØV fastelavns bun. The cream was tasty and delicious in itself, but the bun was soft and not fresh. I agree with the other customers who think the quality has deteriorated greatly. That was the last time we bought from Lagkagehuset.
