Lagkagehuset Tårnby

Food was good, drink was weirdly sweet (I would normally expect iced tea to come unsweetened unless I asked for sugar), and service was an issue (machines could not print a receipt - every business traveller requires it and I’m not sure about Denmark but typically it is a legal requirement to provide a receipt)

Kløbenboller for 19 kr. at the airport is a bargain. Great option to order via screen to skip regular queue, not all the screens worked though 😅

Lagkagehuset at Copenhagen Airport was bustling and packed with people, with such a huge selection of baked goods to choose from. I tried the cinnamon swirl and the cardamom bun, and both were incredibly buttery and delicious. Absolutely loved them! The service was friendly despite how busy it was, and the packed, lively atmosphere made it a great final bakery stop in Copenhagen.

Great snail and sandwich. Absolute satisfaction!

The taste is amazing and the coffee is excellent if not one of the best combos I had in a long time.

Iced blueberry matcha is great! Would give 5 star if the sweetness was reduced by 20%.

Good tasty airport food, would grab food from there again. All the staff were so unbothered

Easy to grab n go. Wish they served the food warm

Third time's the charm? LAGKAGEHUSET at the airport has now had three chances to serve me a simple, warm espresso to go. But they just can't seem to get it right. And that's despite the fact that I took the coffee immediately after it was made. In such a prime location, quality isn't a priority, but it's something they could easily improve. What a waste of money.

Infuriating experience, 5 grumpy employees waiting, while large queues had to deal with a wall of glitchy automated machines for ordering.. only 3 of 5 working and only 2 giving receipts, that are mandatory for claiming your order, or Rosie being looked at like you are trying to steal stuff. Such a shame, from what is normally a nice chain.
