The restaurant is filled to the brim with beautiful things. It has an artistic atmosphere. The service is delightful. The food is tasty, but the portions are rather tasteful. It can be noisy. Considering Copenhagen prices, it's not bad.

The staff had difficulty with English.

My son and I went on August 6th. A very good experience. The food was very good. We ordered 4 dishes from the menu. The service was very friendly, giving details of the dishes they brought. All in a pleasant, warm but modern atmosphere.

Lovely and attentive staff, relaxed ambiente and food was delicious. We had the 7 course tasting menu 400 Dkk per person. Don't remember if you actually receive 7 plates each, as you share most of them. I think it's worth the price if you get plates with fish/meat. However, they had to adjust it for vegetarians and I think you'd be better of choosing à la carte. E.g. they had to remove the sundried tomatoes from a stracchiatella cheese as they were with anchovy infused oil, which is a bit of a pitty - that's why I have to deduct a star.

Actually a good experience - I was there for their July offer with 5 snack servings but I didn't know that it was so little food you got for 175kr. Here one dish was bread and oil and the other was some kind of dip. However, all 5 small dishes tasted good but it was completely crazy to pay 175kr for it. We ended up with 500kr for two people where we had been given 5 small plates with almost nothing on them Their cocktails were really good and the atmosphere in the place is really cool, I will definitely come back another time when they serve real food in the hope that you get a little more

Everything was perfect. Hip hop vibe, cool staff and beautiful food. We had one of each dish (2 per person) and were full. Potato croquette was so naughty (in the good way), fish perfectly cooked and the straciatiella with sundried tomatoes were to die for 🤤😍

Food was nice but not extravagant - the 7 course menu (3ppl) left us all still hungry. At this price-point I’d expect to at least leave full

The atmosphere and service was incredible. The menu was very well curated and very well cooked with flavours which were paired well. The only reason for a 4/5 was the amount of salt in the food. We are generally salty food eaters but some of the plates like the croquettes were extremely salty, to the point we thought a mistake was made in the kitchen and they were salted twice.

Lamar is my favorite place in KBH - my family and I have been here many times. Good drinks/beer and delicious dishes that are original and well composed. The place is informal with loud music, which is really cool. They are the cutest waiters who work in the restaurant. The prices are very reasonable.
