Landal Seawest Varde

The wave pool itself is really cool, but personally the "selection" of pools was a bit too small for me, hence the one-point deduction.

We spent 7 days there with 4 people and 1 dog. There's a small forest within walking distance where you can walk the dog. A beach is easily accessible by car and you can get there within 10 minutes (you can also easily reach other beaches by car). Cleanliness was excellent 💪🏽. There are also plenty of outdoor activities for dogs in the holiday park. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend it 👍🏽👍🏽

"Aging" describes it quite well. The house is clean and tidy, but definitely not up-to-date. The photos on the website unfortunately don't match the actual house we stayed in. Everything looks much more modern on the website. The kitchen looks like something out of the 80s. Furthermore, there's some construction going on in the main building and the swimming pool area. The pool is nice, but significantly smaller than it appears in the photos and also showing its age. We booked bed linens with our reservation, but didn't need them as we had our own. A refund wasn't possible – a real shame, considering it cost €60. It's okay for a short trip, but not what you'd expect based on the photos on the website.

Quiet park with a nice swimming pool. The park is well maintained. The bungalow was privately owned, was not well maintained, and had a strange layout.

Good holiday park. We visited in the quiet season after danish families go back to school. Near to local beaches and outdoor activities. The park centre is gradually being refurbished so some services were limited but good overall. Pool, gym and soft play all good. Terraced holiday maisonettes are slightly old but still well maintained.

We were there at the end of the summer holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Accommodation was house number 76. The accommodation was a bit dated, but everything was fine. Cleanliness was okay. The furnishings had everything you need. Pleasant atmosphere and surroundings. Service was excellent. The kettle was broken, but I quickly informed the information desk, and a staff member was there in no time to bring a new one. The staff were always friendly and helpful! And I want to emphasize that the staff were truly excellent. Five days before our holiday started, we received an email. The reception, shop, and swimming pool would be partially closed during our stay due to repairs and renovations. We were offered the option to rebook. I didn't think that was very cool, especially so close to our holiday. The swimming pool was open at first. One of the two slides was broken. Cables were sticking out of the walls in the lazy river, there weren't enough rings for the slide, and everything was dirty. It was then closed for three days for "repairs." Luckily, the weather was nice during that time, so we went to the beach. After three days of repairs, the swimming pool reopened. To be honest, I don't know what they repaired. The slide is still broken, there aren't enough rings, everything's dirty, etc. Sorry, but while the swimming pool isn't bad, I haven't gone there the last few days and have gone to the beach instead, even in the cold. The hygiene alone made the pool awful! The playgrounds and surrounding area are great. The nearby beach is amazing! If it were cheaper, I'd even come back 😉

The place was actually nice, it was just a bit of a shame that we had to move to another country house in the middle of the holiday because we were not properly informed that they were renovating their water park and it was therefore closed for half of the week we had booked.

A bit of a dirty terrace, otherwise reasonable, service quite good, location fine for a Landal park! Strange that you have to pay 60 euros for electricity while the cottage was already very expensive. Actually not worth the money you have to spend on it. The swimming pool wasn't clean either and wasn't finished yet.

Nice park Just no blackout curtains, so we were awake early every morning. Wifi was okay, except on the TV. We could barely stream anything.

It was a nice park, except that if you are staying in a cottage with eight people, the stairs aren't very sturdy.
