Incredible food with incredible beer. The bartender Ole and the cook Samy (from Quebec for us frenchies) are both super social and very amicable. Food is great and filling, beer is local and delicious.

Lovely little gem in the market hall! Awesome wines and great beer! Self-brewed and the wines are mostly self-imported. Try the stake sandwitch!!!!

Mela Trattoria Italiana

03/08/2025: Best pizza I've ever tasted. Several levels above what you find elsewhere. Once you've been to Mela, you'll never ever feel happy about the standard pizzas you can get anywhere. That's of course a disadvantage.
25/07/2025: We stayed in this beautiful neighborhood for a short vacation in Copenhagen. Even though I've been to Denmark several times, I ate the most Italian pizza I've ever had here. The lightest dough, the most flavorful tomato sauce, and the combinations weren't too extravagant, to please everyone's tastes. The quiet neighborhood and the prices in line with the rest of the city are a bonus that adds a fifth star to this beautiful little place.

11/03/2025: A great lunch spot in Copenhagen. Good food at an ok price. Could choose both a roll and a pastry, and it came with both freshly squeezed juice and a large cup of coffee.
