Always with a smile. Good big bread for the hot dog. Super delicious roast pork sandwich. Definitely my favorite sausage van👍

We have come from Copenhagen to spend the day. After seeing the impressive Viking city of Roskilde we stopped at this Street Food that I recommend 100%, one of the best hotdogs we have ever eaten. Roskilde is known for its hotdogs and they couldn't be better. We tried Lene’s Smovser, Jyde Hotdog and Fransk Hotdog. We repeat Lene's Smovser, brutal!!

06/04/2025: Efficient service, very good food, the only thing missing is the sashimi, however we will return soon and we want to bring some friends too. Compliments
27/03/2025: You really make the best sushi. However, the waiting time is incredibly long. We waited at least 20 minutes between each serving. Personally, I don't think it's smart that you have fixed times for people to eat. This means that you have to wait an incredibly long time for your food, and stand in a long queue outside the restaurant. It affects one's experience negatively. Bad acoustics and a lot of noise. Otherwise great food!

BISQUE – PORCELÆNSCAFÉEN

12/03/2025: Great place if you want to be creative. Good for alone time and also great for a meet up with friends or a date. And you don't have to be "gifted" in the creative department to create something unique. Seriously. Just check their Instagram for inspiration. I've been here around 8 times now. And I loved each and every time and creation so far.
31/12/2024: Super cozy. A little expensive porcelain. Small selection
