The hotel is showing its age and needs some renovation. But it still retains its charm. Breakfast was good and the rooms were okay. Service is good.

Very well done hotel. All I have to argue is that the toilets on the bottom floor are with a card and the lift is more than 100 years old which explains why there was a tiger mosquito. The food was good and location was amazing since it is near the Central Train Station and Tivoli Park

Well, how to start. Most likely with the hotel’s staff, who on its own deserves the 5-star opinion. I have been here seven times and each and every stay is just better than the previous ones. The location is fantastic, right between the Central Station and the Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is great and the restaurant Angelini is a must taste. As for the Library Bar, it is a delightful English pub spirit kind of spot, with great atmosphere and concerts at times. I absolutely recommend this hotel and wish to commend its entire management and teams for making all my stays such a pleasure.

Great location, opposite of the train station and Tivoli. Clean rooms. Excellent beds. Incredibly friendly service. Elevator is an experience with our family members being briefly stuck. Just read the instructions. I was surprised that you had to pay extra for an espresso at breakfast. At least, it was free in the room.

The staff at this hotel was one of the friendliest I have encountered across Europe. There are weights in the room for a quick morning workout. Right across the Central Train station and within walking distance from the city center and Tivoli. Grocery stores such as Netto and Lidl are also within walking distance.

13/10/2025: I was there with friends, very fun atmosphere, a lot of people, mostly after 30, but kind, fun, and gentle. Very tasty frozen daiquiri
28/09/2025: With my friend in tow, we went to Masken on Friday evening to a recent visit to Copenhagen. What a fun bar! We first met Oliver, what a fun, charming young man. We laughed and shared stories about living the US and Denmark. We later met David, and another Oliver, and Mas. All engaging, charming which we enjoyed our chats very much. We went back Saturday afternoon and after dinner back for one more night cap on Saturday evening. We said our good byes and they gave us great big hugs as we left. We both kept talking about how everyone was so nice in Copenhagen! Thanks guys for the great times and memories! We will be back!

08/12/2025: Good and polite service. The coffee is also good, but don't expect to get it served at the time they are supposed to open. I have tried to buy coffee between 0900 and 1000 without success all 9 times I have tried
