Good location for a short stop in Copenhagen. Lovely staff and the breakfast is nice. Loud and old, but it was what we paid for.

Perfect location which is very close to main station and the city center. Very very polite personel, very comfortable room, very good room service and the best breakfast i have ever had in a hotel. Strongly recommended 👍

The hotel is within walking distance of everything in kbh. However, there is a lot of noise from the trains, so it is recommended to sleep with earplugs. We stayed in a large room with a sofa and a coffee table. There is good storage space. The bathroom is also a good size. There is no noise from the hallway. The floor carpet in the room is dark blue and you can see that it is not being vacuumed properly. The bedside tables are black and even though we moved the things, it didn't dry out during the days we were there. The breakfast is ok, but the waiters were really busy on Saturday and Sunday, so it took a long time before the food was refilled. The bar is not that big but cozy and they make good drinks. There is jazz on Friday and Saturday. But in the lobby and in all the corridors there was a smell of sewage some days worse than others.

My fifth time in this hotel and every time it gets better. A highly professional and amenable staff; a wonderful location right in the centre of Copenhagen and in front of both Tivoli and the central station; spacious and quiet rooms; delicious buffet breakfast; the Italo-American restaurant Angelini is just perfect. For me, it does tick all the boxes and I cannot wait to come back. My sincere thanks and see you soon. I strongly recommend this hotel.

While an older property, the Plaza carried all the necessities and amenities as one would expect. Its restaurant and bar were also excellent. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of food to accommodate all guests. Its staff stood out as its finest quality. Everyone I interacted was pleasant, helpful in every way, and extremely friendly. I greatly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel. And its elevator was great fun, IMHO.

Just amazing, staff rooms and location is great, and the buffet is just perfect. We will be back
