We are from Germany and the food is so delicious. The service force is very very friendly and the restaurant is so beautifully designed. We‘ll coming again. :)

Really cozy place with good choices for both kids and adults. Had the most delicious salmon sandwich

Good food, but poor service. Ordered a Margarita children's pizza, among other things, but got one with ham. Pointed it out to the waiter, but she initially refused. "You ordered a children's pizza, and that's what you got," she says. It's only when we show her the menu that she realizes there's a margarita. After that, she can't hide the fact that we're a bit of a nuisance and then chooses the solution (out of several) of trying to pressure us into keeping the pizza, citing that there's at least a 30-minute wait for a new one😅😅 Alternative customer service, which is surely below Lido Café's standard in 2026?
