Excellent and tasty open sandwiches, which however lacked the finishing touches in presentation and flavor composition. Thus, my potato dish with baked brie was a rather dry affair, where the thin piece of brie could not bind the potato and rye bread together at all, neither physically nor in terms of flavor. The chicken liver pate was cut into 0.5 cm thin slices, with a dollop of blackcurrant puree on top. In addition to the puree being far too acidic and strong, it was the flattest piece of open sandwiches I have ever had. The components tasted good, but it was like getting open sandwiches from someone who had never really tried to serve it themselves.
