A really successful evening: We went to the restaurant on a Tuesday for the special menu. Incredibly tasty, beautifully prepared and perfect service. The menu consists of two courses and two drinks (wine, beer, soft drink). It was perfect for us that the children's menu can also be ordered on Tuesday. The children were also happy. Dessert of the day and espresso are also available at an additional cost.

Restaurant Nögen

01/02/2025: Just a real pleasure every time! We have now visited Nögen in Vejle 3 times. It is always a new experience, as the menu changes on a weekly basis. You are always positively surprised by the good atmosphere and the many smiling faces you meet. The service is top notch and the food is a gastronomic highlight! Whether you want wine, juice or cocktails for your menu, this is also top notch, and the waiters have a complete grasp of what they are talking about. The restaurant has a focus on sustainability and reducing food waste, by basing the menus on items that others don't necessarily want or that have to be discarded due to appearance. For example by-catch, date product, surplus product, alternative cuts and seasonal produce. Even if we have to drive all the way from Roskilde to Vejle, we will definitely come again!

04/01/2025: Had a great stay over the New Year. The spa was incredibly beautiful with good treatments and activities for everyone. The sauna gas master was really good and I can highly recommend the clay bath. The food was good throughout, but especially the breakfast was really delicious. The restaurant was quiet and a good option for food in the spa. All staff were friendly and very service minded. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you want to really get down to speed.
