Unfortunately, I experienced a significant difference in the level of service compared to the branch in Frederiksberg, where the service is generally much more efficient. On this visit, I was the first customer to order, but to my surprise, four customers who ordered after me received their food before me. This gives the impression of a lack of structure or prioritization in the kitchen and negatively affects the overall experience. I hope this is followed up so that the service can reach the same level as in Frederiksberg, where everything runs much more smoothly and professionally.
