Unfortunately, I experienced a significant difference in the level of service compared to the branch in Frederiksberg, where the service is generally much more efficient. On this visit, I was the first customer to order, but to my surprise, four customers who ordered after me received their food before me. This gives the impression of a lack of structure or prioritization in the kitchen and negatively affects the overall experience. I hope this is followed up so that the service can reach the same level as in Frederiksberg, where everything runs much more smoothly and professionally.

Happened to pass Louis burger today and went in on a whim for the Louis Double. My god, it was one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had in my life. Will be back next week for round two! A new favourite. Edit: Okay so I've had about thirty Louis Doubles in the last few months. This place really delivers. No.1 burger in my life!

It’s quite obvious they’re cutting corners nowadays, or just letting their standards slip. The Burger is salty and dry. And their fries are a joke, I got a bag full of tiny, overly crunchy scraps.
