Louisiana Cafe Fredensborg

Lovely café in the museum. Ideal on a sunny day to enjoy its terrace with a sea view. I had the set lunch menu for two. It's hearty, with three typical dishes and dessert. It was delicious, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The Cafe is very nice. The food is nice with Scandinavian style. I have eaten 2 times there and everything was good. The stuff is quick and polite and the atmosphere is especially good when the weather is nice and you can seat outside.

The restaurant is located on the grounds of the Louisiana Museum, I think it is perfectly designed, there is a huge area where you can walk, including the coast, you can even swim, so I highly recommend it

Because I was hungry, I ordered a sandwich It arrived after 25mins. Because I was thirsty, I ordered an iced coffee w/o milk, It arrived mixed w/ milk. The end. Because of the art of euphemism. -Sophie Calle

Coffee and cake were nice. Service is very fast. We can have a nice coffee with a nice view.

Visited on perhaps the busiest day of the spring (Good Friday). Got a table fairly quick almost without waiting. The food was very tasty all in all. Ordered an espresso for dessert and had to wait a whopping 25 minutes for it to arrive. Seemed like the service couldn't keep up. In order to get the small cup of coffee I ordered, I had to ask the staff twice after ordering. The espresso was fine at the end, the waiter said they were sorry. Maybe visit on a regular weekend though.

Fantastic cozy place. We were 4 guests and got 2x cauliflower pie, a chicken breast and asparagus soup. The first 3 were ok. But the soup was completely off the mark. So it got 0 stars. Cute girls serving.

I can recommend the "Lunch for two" dish. Very tasty!

Cassoulet, I've never tried it before. It might look a bit strange with sausage, chicken, beans, mashed potatoes and tomato sauce, but they tasted absolutely delicious. I can really recommend it. Thank you very much

What a wonderful restaurant especially as for museum! They close kitchen at 17 so keep in mind to order before. Chicken and potato/leek quiche was amazing, and lovely Italian organic soda choice. Good cakes as well. Overall great place to eat lunch or dinner to rest after excursion 😇
