A very good place, but I had higher expectations for the taste. Both the starter and the main course lacked some s p i c e for the price

We had a short evening at Ælsk, it was a really good experience. The atmosphere of the place, the staff's fantastic treatment of us and the food were top notch. It's SO cozy that we will definitely come back for a long evening 😊

We had a family party, 4 generations, at Ælsk. The food was 3 courses served in cozy separate party facilities. All guests praised both the food and the attentive service from the staff, who made everyone feel very comfortable; both families with children; vegetarians and vegans. The communication about planning the party was professional, so everything went perfectly. We can give Ælsk our best recommendations on all parameters.

We came on Sunday where there was plenty of space. The waiter with the fresh Copenhagen cowboy look agreed to turn down the background music so we could have madro. For starters I had "pulpo with nectarine harissa & grilled "kimchi"". An exciting combination, where the kimchi had a nice sour contrast to the discreet harissa. On the other hand, the thin slices of pulpo didn't taste of anything - could vinegar and maybe a little spice have made the difference? - My main course, "Monkfish with pumpkin, pickled mushrooms, cabbage & velouté of fried chicken with butter" was delicate throughout, and the sauce, with palm cabbage and Hokkaido, was absolutely fantastic with an aftertaste I can almost still feel. - As you can understand from the descriptions on the menu, a lot has been experimented with and made of the food. So you can hardly complain that the prices are then - here is the opportunity for the gastronomic experience.

Ælsk is a place you can only love, fantastic delicious food and the service is polite and top notch. I'm already looking forward to the next time👍

Super service. Nice guys. Ate outside, and even though it was in the afternoon traffic, it was nice to be there. They have found a good ally with the wines - it is both a good and interesting wine list. They also sell draft beer, although they don't do much to advertise them. Decent food, which is definitely value for money. Would come again if I'm in the area.
