MEGA cozy place, will definitely come back! We heard a lot of interesting and strange facts about wines, and the owner Frederik had a great sense of humor and you felt super welcome. Would rate it 10/5 if possible, huge recommendation

The food was very good, however the service can be improved. We had to constantly double check them (brought wrong drinks, forgot sides etc.) and ask several times.

A dinner at Ælsk was a fantastic experience. The waiters were very friendly and extremely professional. The food was delicious!!! And in the end I would have liked to have sat down, as the music was also very pleasant 😊

Had a confirmation at Ælsk. Extremely tasty food, served quickly so it was hot. The schedule was kept, really good staff/waiters who were on and attentive without being in any way overbearing. Really good experience, Ælsk will definitely be strongly considered for future events.

Ælsk is the place that has all the favorites you love to eat when you're on vacation in the Mediterranean area: Iberian ham, bouillabaisse, chèvre chaud, tortilla, calamari, barrata, etc. Supplemented with Danish grandmother's classics and delicious desserts. The wine list is also something, especially if you take the time to listen to the good choices that all the place's waiters can tell you about with professional pride. The best thing, however, is that the place oozes of being a local place, where Amager locals have been coming for generations, back when it was called Prag and now under the name Ælsk. Also for family parties in the beautiful party rooms that belong to the place. Tourists get a taste of it, especially because Amager is one of the last authentic places in Copenhagen. If you're eating alone, which unfortunately is not yet that widespread in Copenhagen, there are great seats at the bar, where the staff takes extra good care of you. Have been there four times in 2025 and will come again. Love, eat and be happy ♥♥♥♥♥
