Ølstauan Bornholm

On my daughter's and my hike around Bornholm we came to Allinge-Sandvig. We were staying at a nearby guesthouse and were very hungry when we had to decide on a place to eat. We chose the place because it was both close to our guesthouse and because it looked cozy. We chose the house's fantastic Biksemad with a nice large Havthorn beer. The portions are of a good size so even though we had hiked most of the day with an 11 kg backpack on we were more than full. You should not underestimate Biksemad and especially not the one from Ølstauan which tasted fantastic. Thank you for the good food and sweet service 🌞 Greetings from the Wanderer from Nysted

They have 18 Bornholm beers on tap, which is quite an impressive selection. All the ones we tried were very good. Prices are in the standard range for the area, and the atmosphere is relaxed. A nice spot to explore local beers without breaking the bank.

Cozy, simply cozy, good and delicious food, wide selection of local beers. If you are in Allinge, you should visit Ølstauan.

Nice surprise with the food. It was some huge pieces of open sandwiches. It tasted really good. They also have a good selection of different kinds of beer. And non-alcoholic.

Fantastic food, beer and service. I enjoyed an exceptional Parisian steak and an equally good Small Batch IPA while the wife had a supposedly good open sandwich with chicken salad, and my 2.5 year old boy ate his way through a whole high-layered open sandwich packed with egg and shrimp. Best meal on Bornholm so far.

Vildt hyggelig atmosfære, vældig god mad og dejligt stort udvalg af gode øl, rom, gin mv. til rimelige priser. Havde ikke kunne tænke os en bedre start på et genbesøg på Bornholm - og helt sikkert en genoplevelse værd🍻
