Superb food. Fantastic service. Expensive!

Beautiful food. Recommend the mackerel.

Summary- Hidden gem of a restaurant. Seafood, meat, vegetarian. Excellent service. I rate this one high. Stop by after you visit the Little Mermaid (15 minutes walk). Details- We had six oysters on the half shell, lobster with sweetbreads, and pan fried plaice (flounder). For dessert, we had baked Alaska and fig ice cream. All excellent. Our waiter Niels was excellent too. He introduced us to some Danish food and drinks. Clientele seemed to be mostly locals who liked to eat well. Wonderful time.

Delicious modern cuisine, very well executed fresh fish, excellent service: don't miss this typical restaurant for a quality dinner. Danish, gastronomic and yet affordable for Copenhagen, warm and “classy” setting, close to the Little Mermaid. The restaurant has existed since 1852! Advice to take the catch of the day and the fish and not to miss the desserts.

dinner with friends, recommended by a Swedish friend. we ate really well. Delicious fish and excellent service, very friendly, kind and competent. the place is very elegant and welcoming. Obviously the price is in line with the quality.

Fantastic cosy atmosphere, old Danish with a twist. Amazing sophisticated Danish food. Professional and friendly service. Well worth a visit.
