A truly lovely evening! We stumbled upon this small German restaurant quite by chance and received a truly warm welcome. The landlady is super friendly, has a great sense of humor, and genuinely enjoys serving her guests. The food was truly delicious – you can tell the food is still prepared by hand and with love. The ambiance is also cozy and lovingly designed. We felt completely at home and would love to come back next time we're in the area.

We had dinner at Restaurant Lygten today. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the owner. The restaurant has a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. The food is very tastefully prepared and a feast for the eyes. EXCELLENT. We can wholeheartedly recommend Restaurant Lygten. A top fish restaurant 👌👌👌

To round off our vacation, we stopped at Lygten and didn't regret it. The food (fish skewer and plaice) was incredibly delicious. Our service was super friendly. Conclusion: Highly recommended, we'll be back.

Are there more or less regular guests? Delicious food. Whenever we are in Hvide Sande we eat there. And since we live in DK, that's often the case.😋😋👍

As a guest, you almost feel like family. Chic restaurant, friendly service, very good food, and generous portions. Cash only, and also in euros. Would come back anytime. A small note: the opening hours need to be updated online. Open from 5:00 PM.

Anyone who enjoys good, freshly caught fish will be in good hands at this restaurant. If you're looking for good food and warm, friendly service, you have to take the time to stop by. And if that weren't enough reason, there's something for everyone. The owner also offers candle-making courses. We didn't book one, but we did buy some handmade candles.
