Madhus 24 Gentofte

One of my favorite places. It's nice and delicious. However, their beer selection could be wider.

Nice place to eat. Unfortunately there are steps to get in and the toilet is in the basement, so limited access for people in wheelchairs.

Good and cozy restaurant and cafe

Delicious food and friendly service. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it was cold where I sat when the door was open several times.

I like to come to Madhus 24 because it is so cozy, and their staff is both very friendly and well trained, so it is always a pleasure to be served. The kitchen is quite fast, so it doesn't take long from ordering to serving. In the summer it is wonderful to sit outside, and it is also really cozy in the winter. Unless you take their delicious take-away. Their draft beer is also often strangely flat, I have asked about it several times, but that is apparently the intention. So I take a Thy Pilsner instead. Otherwise, water is included in the price, which is a rarity these days. However, I think it has become much more expensive in recent years compared to other places I frequent, but the quality is not getting better. It is not a place I recommend to others without a small reservation about the price level. But there is still the best place to eat at the Dyssegårds end of Søborg Hovedgade.

Really nice restaurant and great atmosphere. Great food. Very friendly staff. Been there many times and will definitely come back.
