All through a fantastic evening with 5 super delicious servings with accompanying wine menu. Everything was in the cupboard and the service was impeccable and the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant.

The food is super good, and is really nicely arranged. I was there in connection with a company event, where we were served the September menu 👏 Incredibly polite wait staff.

Came here by chance - looking for a restaurant with local cuisine and without further research I simply reserved a table for 2 people. Not cheap, but worth every crown! Very attentive service and excellent food in a rustic but relaxing atmosphere... wow!

Together with my husband, I had a terrific evening in Madkælderen yesterday. I am dependent on my rolstor and it is not an easy way up to the place, but with my husband's help and my own stubbornness I succeeded. From the moment we were received we felt pampered, looked after and taken care of. The restaurant alone in these unique surroundings creates a good start. In addition, there is the service provided by the place's young waiters, who expertly and sympathetically guided us through a delicious wine menu. Big praise to the young staff, who with their knowledge, appearance, sense of situation and, not least, humor fully met my expectations.

Really a cool place, very cozy and the food is absolutely top notch, not catering like most places and so for cheap prices I can only recommend the place super friendly service is the least they are ready with a solution and since it is located in a rather rustic basement it seems like eating in a dungeon only at the top
