It was a truly wonderful experience dining here and enjoying the exceptional service. It's a kind of themed restaurant, offering only one complete menu for a month. The menu is always something special, with wines perfectly paired with each dish. The service is exceptional; every menu item and every wine is explained in detail. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful.

We got the menu of the day, see picture, four courses and a little side, as well as an ad libitum wine menu. It was served by sweet and informative waiters. It was 100% value for money. The selected snacks were a godsend in the mouth. The tuna tartare was a little on the salty side, but otherwise really delicious. We missed the shrimp in couscous, but it still tasted fantastic. So did the veal, which had to be chewed thoroughly, but was not chewy in the boring way. The dessert was unbeatable. The wines were carefully matched and went well with the food. We recommended the place to other tourists at the hotel the next day.
