I'm very satisfied with the place. The food is really good and there's a well balanced price-quality. I gave 3 stars to the service and atmosphere just because it's a very big place and it can result a bit noisy.

A pochi passi da Dokk1, questo ampio ristorante dispone di molti posti a sedere. L'atmosfera è allegra e conviviale, il servizio è ottimo, io cibo è squisito. Lo consiglio soprattutto per gruppi numerosi.

PROS: + The food really was phenomenal. Vegan tom yom soup was a favourite. + Ambiance is warm and inviting. CONS: - During a change in staff, my server left and I think my table was forgotten about. Waited over 30 min to put in the desert order. - I was charged double for my 3-course meal. When I realized it after leaving Aarhus, they responded promptly to an email and offered to refund me. However, as I don't have a Danish bank account, I was charged foreign transaction fees on the refund, so still ended up paying more than I was supposed to. Will admit that I expected a bit more of a gesture than that after the error was on the part of the restaurant. BOTTOM LINE: * I'd happily return for the delicious food, but keep in mind that the staff is busy so wait times may be very long and details (such as what ends up on the receipt) may be overlooked.
