Super delicious food and super nice and sweet service

Really good service and delicious food.

Let's start with the food. The food was actually quite okay. My favorite dish was their cold smoked salmon. It tasted incredibly delicious! The main course was a bit boring though… Their wine list was a bit lacking. the wine menu that came with the food did not live up to the same quality as the food or the price. Service was far from the best. The waiter brought red wine for the salmon. I had to say it was white wine first and then red wine. For dessert, I changed my dessert wine for another, to which they served the wrong one. The atmosphere was otherwise good and the restaurant was nicely decorated, even if it was a bit cramped in there. I will give their lunch menu a try this summer👍

Cozy restaurant in Vejle Midtpunkt, with a huge passion for delicious food. Not much to choose from, but the dishes they have are a huge taste experience.

Average restaurant with a focus on fish. Few dishes to choose from. Entrance by the kitchen. Cozy decor in Nordic style with small lamps on the tables. Thin curtains as room dividers work really well. Bad acoustics and you can easily hear what the nearby tables order food and generally talk about. The staff were very young and the wines were presented very simply and unprofessionally. If the "waiter" wants to present the wine before it is poured, you must know what you are talking about, otherwise it will fall to the ground. Salmon with smoked cheese tasted fantastic. Confit duck leg was unfortunately fried too dry. Mashed potatoes with it tasted good. Prices on the expensive end as the staff do not manage to raise it to the level that it is felt is being aimed for. Don't think the staff are waiter trained.
