This, ladies and gentlemen, is nothing short of a gem. As a birthday present, my sweet daughter treated me to lunch at Madrick, a place I didn't know about before, but wait, what a discovery. We ordered chicken salad with bacon and cucumber, a salmon tartare with red onion and Jerusalem artichokes, and Christiansøpigen herring with egg salad. It was accompanied by the most delicious rye bread and a homemade focaccia that was on par with the rest. I was already sold at the first bite. Pure explosions of flavor, and I could almost hear the angels singing. I can't praise the kitchen highly enough. The portions are generous, you'll be full, and the whole thing sits right in the cupboard. An incredible experience. Thank you so much to Madrick and its staff for a truly fantastic service and experience.

I have eaten at Mad Rick many times now, both lunch and dinner, and it is always really good. Quality food and taste and service. Best place to eat in Vejle for really good value for money! Update: I have been to MadRick after the new concept, and this restaurant still holds up 💯. Such delicious food and crazy value for money to have an open bar included in the price. Highly recommended

The best culinary experience in a long time 🥳 Love that the menu is pre-set and there is self-service and open bar among a selection of wines, beers and water. Lovely people in the restaurant and fantastic service.
