It was just a quickie... the pizza dough was so-so... Service was silly... The restrooms smelled bad... Overall, it was okay for the price... We were full.

07/08/2025: The pizza was so delicious that I wanted to enjoy it again and I was charmed by the owner's smile, sweet as sugar 🍕🍕
11/05/2025: Paid extra for chilli and garlic. Because I wanted it to taste like garlic and chili. There was not a single taste of garlic in the two dishes and the chili tasted like ketchup, not strong in any way. And unfortunately, it is the alpha and omega of my food. So that's why I don't give it full stars. My durum was more bread than filling, so I couldn't eat it at all.

The bakery Tidemandsvej 10

16/09/2025: Visited at 0930 in the morning. It is a bakery that actually has an OK product. The selection is standard, but on the limited side. I don't know if it is me who has unrealistic expectations or is just better used to it - But I think they should make more of an effort. There is even a coffee machine that is turned off, which he doesn't even bother to turn on. When we ask if it is possible with a cup of coffee he answers: No, I drink Nes. Next time I am in Holbæk I choose to try one of the other bakers.
12/09/2025: The owner is very nice and the bread is always fresh and delicious. It's located in the city center and has parking nearby. Good service and deserves five stars.
