I had pasta carbonara, very tasty, unreal hot food. As far as I know pizza, it was just frozen and heated. It's very cold in the room, you need a jacket. The music, it's like in a massage parlor, although it's an "Italian restaurant" 😆

Our pizzas were delicious and well-topped. The staff were very friendly. They made it possible for our group (11 people) to sit together.

Nine of us were here in the afternoon. It was empty, and we were able to order quickly. All the dishes were delicious! The service was very friendly.

We ate here after our trip to Skagen. We were able to order in German without any problems. The price was more than reasonable for Denmark. We enjoyed the food so far. We will definitely eat here again on our next visit to Skagen.

The young man there was super nice and even spoke German. He had learned it especially because so many Germans vacation in Denmark. The pizza was delicious.

This is the best restaurant i've been to in a long time. Quiet atmosphere, well made delicious food, and the best part - it's quite affordable and the portions are huge. I got two plates of food thinking it would be the same portion as servings in other restaurants, but to my surprise it was much plentiful than i expected. Please if you're ever in Skagen, do patronize them.

The food was excellent, however the staff would not serve tap water stating that there was no water in the tap. They wanted to sell us some very expensive bottled water instead for around €4.5. The staff were surly and not very friendly. Food really good though and also good value.

28/09/2025: We have just been on a weekend stay from September 26 to September 28, 2025. We come from Fredericia and on Friday afternoon I sit in the car and read the various other people's reviews and some where I sit and worry, where I think omg what have we ordered. But I have to say it was all done to shame. Delicious food and in appropriate quantities, delicious rose wine and my husband likes his red wine. Cozy little room, which was clean and neat. Servers in a super good mood and humor and fresh to humorous chat and smiling staff in general and a reasonable breakfast buffet. Cozy outdoor area and 10 minutes walk to the beach or coast if you want. Nevertheless, I would at least give 5 stars for a great stay. That said, just a few small footnotes. Maybe a mild toilet scent in the toilet in the room could be an idea (vanilla). Watercress as a garnish on the appetizer instead of parsley. And 2 extra Tonics for the Gin and Tonic Water package that you can buy. If we were to think about going north again, Aalbæk Badehotel would definitely be where we would stay again. 29/08/2025: Hello from Hamburg, We visited this snack bar or restaurant on August 25, 2025. We ordered "Pasta med Kylling" (pasta with chicken, red pepper, cream sauce, and tagliatelle). Very tasty and highly recommended! We also ordered a pizza, which was also very well made. The crust wasn't too thick, the toppings were good, and the size was adequate. Therefore, I can't understand the negative reviews. Conclusion: This restaurant is highly recommended, as not only was the food delicious, but the prices were also reasonable and the service very friendly. We will be back on our next vacation in Denmark ..............
28/08/2025: Went there for dinner on Saturday, August 23, 2025, with three people. It's a true family business where they truly live up to the word "hospitality." The welcome was friendly, making you feel truly welcome. The food was good, nothing to complain about. For anyone who's just finished a day in Skagen and wants a quiet and good meal, I highly recommend this! Thank you for the hospitality and the delicious food.
