02/01/2025: One word: overwhelmed. Three to four employees step on each other's toes behind the counter. Start with an order, realize that buns are missing, rush to the warehouse, burger is cooling down 😟. There is clearly a lack of routine here. This leads to very, very long waiting times (20+min!) The burgers were ok, I strongly advise against the nuggets. Although visible through, the consistency was comparable to a scallop. Bah! Finally, for the operator: call out the order numbers in English. Half of the guests were not Danish and were visibly unsure whether that was their order.

29/12/2024: The food was freshly made in 5 minutes. The burgers were okay, but not everyone was happy with the taste. Personally, I think it was, as I said, okay. But it wasn't like the Burger concept ran off in their own direction. Could well miss some individual taste experience. Update 29.12.24 Again Fast ready, even with noticeable rush. The steaks were enormously hot, and it pulls up. Fries were also warm, a little sloppy. Still think 4/5 stars, but take it down a star when I read the smiley report.
