It took them 30 minutes to get bread. And an hour for what we had ordered to arrive. We were also not presented with the dishes when they arrived.

Excellent Spanish tapas restaurant with retro lights in wine bottles and special decoration and an absolutely unrivaled friendly and accommodating service led by the host Mads "ham-sjæld", as we say in Jutland. Everything in share dishes. Even the vegetarian had to taste the signature dish: fried cod with asparagus, foaming blanquet sauce and parsley oil. Greater respect for cod is hardly found. It tasted so heavenly that we also came the next day and had cod again. Gambas pil-pil with Atlantic shrimp, pumpkin risotto with fried kale, fried artichokes with truffle and orange or salad with pickled, grilled and marinated vegetables. Nothing is ordinary - everything tastes extraordinarily wonderful. Little bites of heaven. Even something as ordinary as bruschetta with tomato and garlic is pampered with drained tomatoes overnight. My companion also had Albondigas - Spanish meatballs - with spicy tomato salsa, kindly adapted for a meal, as it was too much for the vegetarian anyway - while I had lemon sorbet with limoncello crumble and caramelized citrus for dessert. Absolutely wonderful. Really lovely sour. And then we drank cava with it all. The first evening a delicious Brut Reserva very strong sparkling. The evening after an upgrade to a corpinat, the sparkling master, Gramona and it was a really, really good choice. There are still many dishes to taste. So we will come to Ebeltoft again - and not otherwise than alone to eat here again.

We visited this restaurant with 6 adults and 5 children for lunch. The chef prepared the most exquisite food for both children an adults. Every dish was super and the own made bread was adding the extra value. This cuisine would be a big competitor in the best tapas restaurants in Spain. This is a hidden jewel!

Go to Manzana and eat, choose about 3 dishes per person and otherwise have the owner Morten guide you, I have never eaten fish or artichoke before and it must be said to be worth 5 stars 😀 the food is both good and really beautifully presented. Definitely a HUGE recommendation from here, a tip from here is try the cod 😉
