My favorite place in Copenhagen for brunch. You really get what you pay for, and it's clear that the food is always freshly prepared. They've really nailed the buffet, which is not easy.

Cozy and good place for brunch!

Really nice selection of brunch delicacies for meat eaters, vegetarians and those in between. Appetizing buffet (small plates that are constantly being renewed), reasonable prices, friendly staff. Good atmosphere. You can safely skip the muted speaker music altogether, the room is relatively small and it is SO cozy just with quiet conversation at the tables.

Nothing less than fantastic. EVERYONE should know that here there is peace and delicious quality. Long live Alfred.👍

Lovely visit! Sat perfectly. Brunch at 12 and yum it was delicious. My husband and I enjoyed it👍. Friendly service☀️. Love the dim lighting😊. We'll come again but bring a few more people next time👍. Thanks for the food.

If you're ever in Copenhagen, I highly recommend having brunch at Sidecar! The food is delicious and varied, the staff is lovely, and the dining area is very comfortable. We went with friends and had a wonderful time, eating enough to last us all day. The only downside: water is unlimited, but other drinks are extra.

Visited in November 2025. We had brunch on a Sunday - with 4 dishes per person chosen from the menu complemented by a nice brunch buffet. The food options were nice and there was enough variety, both in the warm dishes that you could order, and in the buffet. Most of the food was however not particularly tasty, at least for me. From the warm dishes we tried, I liked the baked tomatoes and waffles best, and I wasn't impressed with the rest. The juice and coffee were good, but the coffee in particular took quite a bit of time to make. I think the value for money is good and I very much like the idea of buffet + selection of warm dishes, so I would like to give his place another try at some point. I hope to find some more flavour in the food when that time comes :)
