Absolutely loved our lunch here (Sat 26). Went a la carte. Loved the Venison and foie gras main course. Staff knowledgeable on pairing wines and cheeses - regions of France. Our server Patricia was very good and attentive too. RECOMMEND.

Of all the restaurants I've tried in Copenhagen so far, this is the one I'm most pleased to remember. Dishes cooked with attention, creativity and, above all, love. I had the four course lunch menu — it was all excellent but the halibut with white currants was probably the best course I’ve had anywhere ever. I loved that they served butter in a perfect hemisphere. Overall very unique and memorable, and the location is nice for people watching :)

Had my Michelin dinner in Copenhagen this time at the @marchal.dk , which is located in a boutique hotel in the city center. The interior was beautifully decorated with lots of gold color. The foie gras and fish were really delicious and was a good amount of food for one. Very delicate and extremely flavorful. I just wish that the ice cream and bread can be more exciting for this fine dining experience.

First time we have tried Sunday brunch. It fully met our expectations. Great service, great food, delicious quality. Not the last time we've done it. Definitely. One of the city's best brunch experiences. I think it worked really well that it started at 1230, that the menu was adapted to a later brunch than the classic morning brunch. Looking forward to coming again.

Lovely food served by competent and friendly waiters with humour

Marchal is one of our favorite restaurants in Copenhagen. We dined there there three times during our July 2024 stay in Copenhagen and many additional times during our many prior visits to Denmark. The food is absolutely delicious, the wine cellar excellent and the service A+. The views are good, too. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Dear All, This is definitely the place where you’ll have to go for fine dining in Copenhagen. One Michelin Star « au top » ! We ordered the Duck « à la Presse ». A wonderful speciality & signature dish of the House since more than 30 years. The cheese and desert were very good as well. The wine collection is amazing, too with quite rare flacons notably for the French references. Besides the great atmosphere, the quality of the food, we would especially thank all the team who did a fantastic job for us. A unique experience that needs to be renewed as soon as possible. From the welcome at the bar for a nice glass of champagne to some final culinary experience sharings with the Sous Chef Alex and his team in the kitchen, everything was absolutely great !
