We used the beach to go SUP with our dogs. The area is well suited for this, there is nice shallow water where you can exercise, and the opportunity for a walk along the coast.

On Saturday evening, we spontaneously decided to eat mussels at Marinaen. The dish, advertised as an appetizer, was deliciously prepared with fresh fennel and herbs in a light vegetable broth. It was served with fresh bread and salted butter. An espresso afterwards rounded off the meal perfectly. Our visit to Marinaen was definitely worthwhile.

01/08/2026: Very beautiful location. We had coffee here during a stopover on a walk. There are two marked routes that pass by here. The coffee and something to eat was delicious. But you can also have a good lunch and dinner here. On the terraces, you have a beautiful and panoramic view. The staff is very friendly. And even though it was busy (there was also a private party in another section), we were served very quickly.
01/08/2026: A bit too fancy for us cyclists. However, it is beautifully situated on a high point and of importance in Danish history.
